About Lisa Hicks

Lisa is a twenty (20) year veteran in competitive intelligence. She works with clients from the Global 2000 to help guide revenue growth. Lisa specializes in working with senior executives to ensure they have the market insights required to support their C-Suite revenue growth strategy.

Prior to joining the competitive intelligence industry in 2002, Lisa held senior executive roles within the Global Property & Casualty Insurance industry where she worked for 25 years in business strategy, marketing, and corporate communications. Since that time, Lisa has worked within the competitive intelligence industry serving a broad range of client industries, such as Insurance, Healthcare, Information Technology, Industrial, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, and others. Lisa has provided strategy consulting services to some of the world’s largest and most respected brands.

By analyzing markets, using sophisticated competitive intelligence techniques, Lisa analyzes market findings and makes recommendations that guide clients in better understanding competitors, B2B customers, potential new markets, potential acquisitions, product development,  reasons for sales losses, and any other insights that will help guide revenue growth.

Lisa is a regularly published author on related industry topics and a sought-after speaker. She has served on several boards including the Strategic Consortium of Intelligence Professionals (SCIP.org), The Society of Insurance Research (SIRNET.net) , and the Communications Board of the Insurance Information Institute (III.org). Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.
